BASIC CONSIDERATIONS

1. Name of the School (Does the name


provide an enduring legacy to humanity?)
2. Location and Address of the School (Is it
strategic?)
3. Clients (Who are the target students?)
4. Services (What do you intend to provide?)
5. Nature of Ownership (Is it single
proprietorship, partnership, corporation,
advocacy/cooperative?)
6. The School Identity (What is the official
logo, official color/s building design, school
uniform both for males and females?)

VISION

Vision is a compelling view of a future yet


to be, creates meaning and purpose
which catapults both individuals and
organizations to high levels of
achievement (Center for Organizational
and Personal Excellence).
Vision is a mental construction that
synthesizes and clarifies what a person
values or considers being the highest
worth. It is a portrait of what we want to
become in a prepared future.
