According to the results of the studies, it shows that there exists a
significant relationship between Quality of worklife and Job
Satisfaction with respect to the employees of IT sector.
It is of crucial importance to any sector to make the employees have
Quality of worklife as this leads to job satisfaction which results in
better performance and increased productivity, among employees.
Increased satisfaction among employees leads to better handling of
customer expectations and fulfilling their demands which in turn leads
to the growth of the organisation and increasing organisational
capabilities.
