EVALUATION
I think that tourism is an advantage for the area, as this area is new and
unknown , there is no present problems with anything , as there is a few native
tribes , therefore we will not have that many problems
Moreover we are not blindly deforesting but also planting , and we have a bit of
both to balance the place out, natural features and man-made features.
Tourism is sustainable and eco friendly as there is not a huge impact on the
environment and local culture, as we are ensuring that tourists can reduce the
impact of tourism, by conserving resources by seeking out businesses that are
environmentally conscious, and by using the least possible amount of non-
renewable resources, supporting local economies by purchasing local goods
and participating with small, local businesses, supporting the integrity and
pride of local cultures by favoring businesses which preserve cultural heritage
and traditional values, showing respect to local cultures expectations and
assumptions , contributing to intercultural understanding and tolerance. In
order to develop sustainable tourism and travel industry. And by running
electricity for 1 hour each day by cycling , using better sources which does
not consume so much energy.
Marketing and communications advertisements to showcase the positive
elements
Consideration and inclusion of all shareholders
Sensitivity to cultural and social dynamics
Long term vision and good joined-up governance
Financial and Business planning environmental management
Efficient management, training and customer service
