Main complain
: Black spot
Anamnesis Terpimpin : since 20 days
ago before admitted to RSWS. Originally
appeared in the form of black spot on
the thigh area then spread to the the
under of stomach and all of body. The
black spot is getting widening became
black patches.

The patien is complained of itching and

burn is felt intens in a long day at the
black spot.
History of fever is denied, history of
contact with a dermatology patient is
denied, history of biting an insect are
denied.

this patient consuled from neurology

with diagnose :
Tinea corporis et tinea cruris
Ischemic stroke
Compleks seizure
Diabetes melitus type 2

And get treatment :

IVFD NaCl 0,9%
Fenitoin 2 amp on NaCl piggy bag
0,9%/12Hours/drips during 6 minute
Diazepam 1 amp if get seizure
KSR tab 2X1
Citicolin 250mg/12hours/iv
