Sub calls VMS(SHORT CODE) to Retrieve the Voice message

VMS Requests the SUB to enter his Login ID / Password for Authentifiction
Once Successful Login, VMS Plays the Voice Mails saved in its INBOX
Requests USER to reply to that Voice Mail

The network sends a call to the Voicemail and Video mail Voice
Service
TNT does a group hand-off to UVoice

UVoice sends a message to TNT to accept the call

UVoice accepts the group handoff request coming from TNT.
TNT makes a request to the customers network to connect the call
Since the RDNIS (C number) is unpopulated, uOneVoiceXML through Uvoice sends a message to TNT to play the
message that asks the user to enter his or her phone number and to collect the DTMF input..
TNT Plays the Message(Automated Play)
The subscriber enters a phone number followed by a #, or simply presses the # key if calling from
his own phone, or does nothing (times out). The DTMF input is transported across the network to TNT
TNT passes the DTMF input through UVoice to uOneVoiceXML
uVoiceXML collects the subscriber profile/COS from the LDAP
directory server using the phone # or the ANI (A number) (calling
number) if the user simply presses #.
uOneVoiceXML sends a message through UVoice to TNT to play a
phrase prompting the subscriber for her password and collects the
DTMF input.
Sub Logs with his Password
uOneVoiceXML verifies the caller as a valid subscriber using the profile returned in the previous LDAP access. At
this time, uOneVoiceXML also identifies if the user is logging in for the first time..
uOneVoiceXML plays the Welcome-message phrase.

uOneVoiceXML plays the phrase for the get voice/fax/email
messages menu and collects the subscribers choice (DTMF input).
uOneVoiceXML fetches the body of the first message and stores it
locally.
uOneVoiceXML plays the phrase for notifying that the subscriber is playing new
messages.
uOneVoiceXML plays the phrase from the body of the message
uOneVoiceXML fetches the body of the next message and stores it
locally

Above mentioned Steps will be repeated for each new

message.
