stopped working at
12:37pm, then worked
again at 1:40pm; but it
stopped again at 1:54pm,
and failed to work again
until now. (May 10, 2010,

A total of 67 PCOS
machines malfunctioned in
4 cities/15 towns in Cebu
and 1 city/5 towns in Bohol
or a total of 45 voting
centers. Some voters left
the polling place when the
machine malfunctioned.

• Why were there pronouncements made
by Smartmatic and Comelec before the
elections that all reconfigured CF cards
had already been delivered, when in fact,
a number had not yet reached its
precincts before May 10?

lamps were flashlights,
so these were not used.
