neurofibromatose tipo1 e tipo2
• Hidrosiringomielia.
Schwannomas bilaterais do N. vestibular. Os tumores crescem dentro do conduto
auditivo interno, que fica dilatado, e expandem-se na cisterna ponto-cerebelar,
causando compressão variável da ponte e cerebelo.
Meningiomas na NF2. À E, meningiomas múltiplos (meningiomatose).
Múltiplos nódulos impregnados, dois baseados na foice do cérebro, e um
infiltrando o osso frontal à D. E ependimoma cístico do bulbo. 12
Ependimomas na NF2. À E, grande tumor multicístico, já parcialmente
removido, ocupando a medula cervical.
Cauda eqüina de paciente com neurofibromatose do tipo 2. Vários pequenos
schwannomas aparecem como nódulos associados às raízes.
Confirmação do diagnóstico
