INTRODUCTION
Taman Rekreasi Tasik Y is
Based on the town and country planning
under Act 172, has required local
authorities to plan the construction of a
settlement or city needs a recreation
park area to meet the physiological
requirements by residents.

-to provide facilities for recreation

activities based on the natural
environment of the area
-In the area of Batu Pahat, has
become a attraction of the visitors.

1.1 Parties involve in Management

Majlis Perbandaran Batu Pahat (local authorities)

- responsible to manage all the necessary requirements in this recreation park.

To implement roles and responsibilities of top management, Tasik Y recreation park
management is under unit landscaping and this unit are under the Department of Town
& Beautification.

1.2 Unit of landscape in Majlis Perbandaran Batu

Pahat

- responsible to provide the best service in the care and manage the Lake Y Recreation
Park. Position of unit landscape is under the Department of Town & Beautification in
Majlis Perbandaran Batu Pahat.

1.2.1 Vision and Mission Of Organization

-To give the best service to residents in terms of life comfort.

-To execute the laws and principle that has been decided by the government and the council.
-All collected taxes will be managed in good ways for the purpose of management,
subsidization, projects development, service and public facility maintenance.
Planner, controller, and creator of systematic and an orderly development.

1.2.2 Objective of Department Unit of Management Tasik Y

-

To upgrade the development in the Batu Pahat Municipal Council territory systematically parallel with the
Long Term
-Development Plan Policy through planning and choosing strategy, proposal and development programs.
-Ensures purpose, objective and strategy in Structuring Plan and Local Plan can be implemented.
-To create land usage planning, a well-regulated and healthy social and environment through details
control and management.
-To help create Council corporate image through an orderly, clean and beautiful development.
To prepare a complete data bank and council's development purpose for reference.

Taman Rekreasi Tasik Y is constructed under Majlis
Perbandaran Batu Pahat (MPBP).
Therefore, all the activities carried out in the Tasik Y
will be monitored by MPBP.

the landscape can be

Facilities management can help an

It take care of asset of property their

maintenance and minimizing the risks and

The organization should provide facility to
their employee because indirectly they serve
to guest only and help increasing revenue.
It helps employees to work efficiently by
providing work friendly environment and
reducing wastage and hence increasing its
profitability of an organization.
