The beginning

The three brothers started their official career in 2005

Their father being involved in the music industry lead
them to get several roles on the Disney channel
The Jonas Brothers first two hits were covers of songs
by busted
They didnt realised there first single until one year
after touring with Jesse McCartney
Their first hit single Its about time was realised in
august 2006
They only realised 15,000 copy's meaning that the
albums price is worth $200-$300

Sony had originally signed them but

decided that they did not want to
promote the band so they move to
Colombia records who again dropped the
band the same year.

Involvement with Disney

In late 2007 they joined to Hollywood records and were

invited to sing the national anthem at the white house
Throughout the next year they made several
performance on the Disney channel, this included an
appearance on Hannah Montana and a premier song
with Miley Cyrus in high school musical 2
In 2008 their newly realised album hit number 1 on the
iTunes chart
They also began filming for camp rock
And wrote several song for Disney such as the muppets

In 2010 they relised their 4th studio album

line, vines and trying times this changed the
images of the band
Nick in an interview is our journal in songs,
everything we have gone through and
inspiration we have gained we have tried doing
this with metaphors in the lyrics
In late 2010 Paul McCartney made a personal
request to cover his favourite Beatles song.

The end of the Jonas

Brothers

After two years without a studio release or an

appearance from the Jonas Brothers a tweet with
the hashtag #JonasBrothers2012 hinted at a
reunion
In October 2012 official reunion tour dates were
announced and a new single was imminent
The reunion tour ran from October to December
including an appearance at the jingle ball in LA
In October 2013 just a year after their reunion they
officially announced their split and the release of
their album V was cancelled

Joe Jonas
With the band officially broken up, Jonas began working on a new
musical project with producers such as Malay and Mattman &
Robin.
While working on the project, Jonas was unsure whether he wanted
to record a second studio album or start a new band. Upon working
with Justin Tranter on multiple songs, Jonas decided to form a band
with his friends and former touring partners Jack Lawless and JinJoo
Lee.
Cole Whittle, a member of the alternative rock band Semi Precious
Weapons, became the fourth and final member of the group. The
group named themselves DNCE, a misspelling of the word dance.
DNCE released their debut single, "Cake by the Ocean", in 2015.
Their debut extended play was released in October 2015. It
debuted at number seventy-nine on the Billboard 200 chart in the
United States.

Nick Jonas

After the Jonas brothers split, Nick started his own

band named Nick Jonas & The Administration, which
soon after announced 22 tour dates, all selling out
For the following 3 years nick extended his acting
career, taking small parts in many films, such as les
miserable and Mr sunshine
His singing career kicked off again in 2015 when he
opened for maroon 5 with his single released a year
earlier jealous, which almost doubled sales of the
single for him
In March 2016 Jonas announced the release of his
3rd album
