Why the Stack Defense?

4 – 4 Defense With today’s offensive schemes everybody seems to be incorporating

some version of a spread offense. Teams need to be able to adjust
Two Safety Blitz from Edge with 3 Deepimmediately
Zone to the formation so you can still be fundamentally sound. By
using the Stack Defense philosophy, you will be able to adjust from your
base defense immediately into the Stack and also gain the advantage.

Zonebe defensively sound, you will also be able to create confusion
by applying pressure with the inside 6, yet maintain either a man or
zone concept on the perimeter.
4 - 3 Defense
The Stack Defense is also user friendly, you will see that it is easily

adjusted to from your normal looks. This alone gives the defense an
advantage by creating a different look for opponents to worry about and

more time opponents spend preparing and practicing against different
fronts and coverages. The less time they have to practice and get
comfortable against 1 certain look.
