SOYA MEAL : CONSUMPTION TYPES

High concentrations of protein - an excellent balance of amino acids - highenergy content; elevated levels of lysine & amino acids - deficient in common
energy sources such as corn.
Very palatable - good amino acid balance; one of the highest levels of
essential amino acids (47.6 per cent) as a percentage of crude protein;
Heated soybean meal has a high intestinal digestibility.
The amino acid content complements that of the main cereals used in poultry
diets and is highly digestible by poultry of all types and ages.

Major protein source for non-meat consumers; Soy flour- basis for soy milk.
