 JUSTIFICATION
Schools are now getting more and more competitive
within their industry and are increasingly getting more
strategies to ensure success.

These schools as formal organizations are selecting

optimization tools based on the new management
(strategic management and measurement models of
management)

The necessity for an evaluation process, hiring criteria,

new and fresh teaching techniques influence the
optimization of the schools .This investigation will
benefit both, the students of this current semester and
the institution to be visited since this project will give an
idea of how ITCA's institution works on a daily basis.
ORGANIZATION

Analysis

According to this graph ITCA’s
language school is well
organized. It works under the
developing of continuous
education direction.


Also ITCA, as any



organization, have
weaknesses, but they are
working on trying to fill them
out, to solve those problems
those weaknesses.


And of course ITCA makes

use of technology, like CD
players with USB and
MP3.They have two listening
labs

 RECCOMENDATIONS
The Language Dept has to be seen as a big company that is trying
to keep their clients happy. They really need to put the students
first. Language School should work long ,hard hours in order to meet
the most strict deadlines.

Students should be immersed in the kind of authentic language

learning environment which is so vital to improving confidence and
proficiency.

Planning for faculty development. For example, establishing course

goals and objectives
Encourage contacts between student and teacher.

Communicate high expectations.

Expect good and bad feedback from staff members and students.
