Once upon a time..

There was a company named Rockfix that manufactured Resin
Capsules for fixing bolts on the roof of tunnels.

 These capsules were manufactured in house by Rockfix with

considerable internal investment
Rockfixs major client was Himachal Hydel Power Corporation
(HHPC), a Public Sector Company

 One fine day, Goel, had a bad news for Sharma.

I know you have been
supplying Capsules to
us, but now I have 6
more vendors who are
ready to supply

 All the 6 vendors had submitted impressive credentials which

cannot be overlooked
Hence, Goel was thinking of opening the gates and give all of
them an opportunity to supply capsules to HHPC.
However, Goel also knew that having multiple suppliers may
result in quality control problems and it may lead to disaster
Goel could not do much, as these companies had taken the
matter to the vigilance department and he had no option but to
open the gates to other suppliers
Goel finally asked Sharma to meet his boss, the General
Manager who was equally concerned about the developments
