Journal Impact Factor
The Impact Factor is designed for assessing journals indexed by
ISI Web of Knowledge. It is a measure of how often an article in
a particular journal has been cited on average per year.
For journals within the same subject category, the factor
indicates the journals relative influence or impact.

Criteria:
the journal has to be on Level 1 or 2
