transit network with the capacity of 30 Gbps, which connects Europe and
Asia.

Cable television and IPTV subscribers have been increased year by year, and
the number of registered users has been increased reaching 277.9
thousand, with an increase of 22% from the previous year..

increase of 10.8% income compared to the previous year.

75.1% is from mobile communications services, 11.3% - the internet, 4.7% network maintenance, 4.7% - telegraph, and the remaining amount is from

Current situations 2014:
1:Total length of fiber optic network-33.364 km, radio relay network
dispersion reached to 8.400 km
2:Over 340 of 365 units have been provided with broadband internet
access.
3:61 ISP, uplink bandwidth 55Gbps, number of internet users
increased to 1million and internet service centers 205.
4:The websites of 1319 governmental organizations and 330
companies stored in National Data Center and keeps their security.
5:Number of personal computer reached to 505.6 thousand with an
increase of 5.7% in comparison of the previous year.
6:IC network has switched to Digital technology.

1.1 Promote human development:


Educate human resource with international degree in major of
cyber security.
Educate population with ICT from the elementary school.
Constitute well trained human resource majored in ICT.
Improve the cooperation between all leveleducational
institutions, specially ICT.
Enhance the teaching resource of ICT.

Implementthe new advanced technology to educational
system
Develop e-learning program and contents for all level of
educational institutions.
Develop contents and applications used in education.
Communicate all level of educational institutions with high

Renovate the health system with ICT and accomplish health
conserving system of Mongolia.
Create and improve a database of health conserving
Connect all hospitals and health organizations with high speed
internet in rural area.

establish cyber, ubiquitous hospitals and serve with quality
service.

E-government
E-democracy and accomplish the civil service.
On the all level of governmental organizations and workers,
with right use of ICT, decrease the expenses and improve
efficiency.
Process programs, in field of e-service and e-government, and
fulfill it consistently.
Develop the automatic system of election.
Extend the structure of governmental organizations and
relations and network connection, inculcate the interrelated
joint coding.
Supply the state, rural libraries and all level of educational
institutions with required equipments and software to shift the
service into electronic form.
