objective : 1) The general instructional objective ( TIU ) 2) The specific instructional objective ( TIK )
The first step for teachers do to
design learning system is they make instructional objective. With instructional objective : 1) Teachers have direction for : - choose lesson material - choose teaching method 2) Students know the direction of studying 3) Teachers know the limits of its duties and authorities to teach a material that minimized the possibility of a gap or overlap between teacher. 4) Teachers have standard assessment to student studying development. 5) Teachers as implementer and decision maker have criterion to evaluate the quality or the efficiency of teaching.
