During the Training (Day 2)


Validate results of RPL

- Portfolio, written, oral , demo, third party


Organize teaching/learning resources based
on the results of RPL
Assign trainees to diff. workstation based on
the result of RPL and the Training Activity
Matrix.
Provide CBLM based on the trainees training
requirements.
Provide specific instruction in every module
- eg. Reading of info sheets, answer selfcheck, perform task, job or operation sheets.

Continuation;
Provide demonstration of skills and assist

trainees needs.
Observe performance based on the
competency standards.
Monitor the progress and provide feedback
based on the performance.
Check performance/ output based on
criteria checklist
Administer institutional assessment
