Public participants will be muted during the presentations,

but will be able to provide questions via the chat mechanism
on the GoToWebinar.

Public participants questions will be addressed during the

public comment periods each day.

Panel members will be able to ask questions throughout the

meeting of NOAA and other Panel members.
