Key responsibilities
1. Responsible fro the achievement of
service to sales New Business and
renewal premium targets of the branch.
2. Extending support for all the service
requests in terms of understanding the
issues, current status and final resolution.
3. Responsible to build &maintain
relationships with customers, understand
and explore their financial needs
&requirements pertaining to their policies.

Responsible for new product selling based on


insurance requirements.
Maintaining persistency and business quality.
Ensuring for issuance of all login cases. Keeping
regular track for pending requirements and
compliance.
Building good relationship with all support
functions.
Data analysis and MIS Management for Business.
Eligibility to apply
Employee should have sales experience.
Qualifications/Experience:
Graduate in commerce/any other field .
1-2 years of experience in operations/customer
service.
Preferably from the insurance or financial industry.

Job Description:
1) All grievances cases to be acknowledged on the same day.
2) All resolution cases to be resolved in avg MTD and YTD TAT
and grievance in an avg TAT
3) Response to the mails on an avg given TAT.
