Applyselfawarenessandselfregulationtomanagethe

Thisisextremelyimportantwhenresumingthepositionofany
roleintheworkingfieldnotonlyasasocialworker.Knowing
yourpersonalvaluesandbiasesasaSocialworkerandnot
allowingthosefeelingsinterferewithclienteleandservicethat
youbringtothem.
Whenreceivingareferralonanindividualplacingyour
personalvaluesandbeliefsasideandmayberesearchingalittle
knowledgeontheclientstobeawareofpotentialharmfulor
offensivethingsthatcouldpartakeduringthisassessmentofthe
casewhenmakinghomevisits.
