Road and rail network that connect custom formations should be
state of the art
No. of rail tracks and trailers should be sufficient, with sufficient
frequency of the same
Implementing 24x7 online payment facility
Creating dedicated customs cadre at all customs locations
Making handing over of cargo by airlines/shipping lines a 24x7
activity
Common e-platform for all stakeholders which will make
information exchange easier and customs clearance faster
BPR initiative for e-processing of refund claim should be taken on
the line of e-processing of drawback
