students are taught to operate a Hotel or a restaurant, and it has many areas. Mainly, it is divided in the operational one or the administrative one.
Also
students are taught to be responsible
when they start working and in case of putting a hotel, respect the rules and laws about protected natural areas (ANP`s), which are places that are administrated by authorities and organisms like the SEMARNAT, CONAFOR, UNESCO, etc. This places are recognized because of their history value, plants and animal species, etc.
As
to what it`s said above, there is a lot
of corruption in Mexico, because people that have a lot of money, buy that authorities and organisms to put hotels in biosphere reserves, which is a subdivision of the protected natural areas, where people can`t change the ecosystem.
More than 60 people, between
businessman and politician, have been jailed because of illegal permits.
Pilar
Marcos, who is responsible of the
Greenpeace Coasts campaign, declares that in Lanzarote, a biosphere reserve located in Spain, there are 22 illegal urbanistic projects that violate the local normative and also the Coastal Law, which determines and protect the public, maritime and land domain.
Another
kind of corruption in the hotel
management is when the proprietary pays to the auditors of different certifications like Distintivo H, Punto limpio, Distintivo M or ISO9001:2008, so the auditor sings that the Hotel meets with all the requirements to have it or conserve it , when it`s a lie because they don`t deserve to have the certification.
