Conclusion :
MTI has already been imparting superior quality trainings to employees all
these years. But then there is always scope for improvement with changing
business scenario i.e rapid technology changes, improved techniques
employed across the industries, more and more research in understanding
employees mind set etc , to combat the increasing competition and stand
out from the crowded business platform.
Sometimes imperceptible changes too can bring prominent differences.
Findings :
84% employed for more than a decade now.
Every year once or twice they are provided with training

12% feel they need an increase in frequency of trainings imparted.
Sample satisfied with trainings relevance.
Sessions are conducted by best trainers as per employees feedback.
4% believe there is a need for improvement in the training methods
employed.
100% sample feel that the training sessions were helpful in improving on the
job efficiency.
4% feel a need for extended sessions.
4% feel the need for improvement in training planning.
Feedbacks are taken at the end of every session and mainly questionnaire
are employed and in few cases interviews and other methods of assessment
are employed too.
Overall it has always been a satisfactory experience with the trainings
provided.
Suggestions :
The number of trainings should be increased in lieu of the job
requirement.
The sessions to be extended as per employees requirements.
Alterations need to be done in training methods employed.
Planning for trainings need a little more insight for further better
results
