Leadership

Most of the leadership skills were exhibited in

the movie by mainly 2 characters Daniel Ocean
and Rusty Ryan
Daniel - charismatic leader with a self confidence
and clear vision.
Instrumental in motivating the characters in
order to join the team.
Approaches the various characters in movie
through emotional appeal instead of imposing
his authority.
Daniel was able to find out dissatisfaction and
need for change in each and every persons life
and use it for his own benefit

 Rusty Ryan exhibits leadership skills at

certain instances(discover the truth about Tess
and argues that Daniel should be out of plan.)
Both use tactics such as deception
,manipulation, rational persuasion and
personal appeal to influence other
Consulted the other 9 members time to time
about their views and also since each member
was expert in his field , they gave them
complete freedom as how to perform their job.
Made sure that task were well timed and
synchronized.
Daniels credibility as an ethical leader gets
affected when he lies about his motive
