1) Melt Lead and Cast

Melt the Lead and make

2) Melt Lead and Oxide

Melt the Lead and make
Lead Oxide for paste mixing.

3) Mix oxide acid with water to get

positive mixes and negative mixes
Mix the sulphuric acid with water with 1:3
ratio.

4) Lug Brushing
Removal of oxide from the lugs

7) Connect Plates
Connect Lugs with Lead Alloy.

8) Insert Plates in the battery

and do short circuit test
This machine checks pin hole, separator
missing and splash of lead in cells, etc. It also
checks that all the cells are connected to each
other with the help of high voltage. If there is
any fault then it gives visual indication as well
as audio alarm.

9) Cover the battery and

do the leakage test
After covering it , Manually do the leakage
test.

10) Fill Batteries with Plates and Acid

and do the terminal connections
After filling the battery and covering it ,
Manually connect the terminals

11) Initial Charging

Initial charging before packing.

12) Sr number and

warrantee printing
Stick labels and warrantee cards.
