KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This AGREEMENT entered into this ____ day of ____, 2016, in
the City of Tandag, Surigao del Sur, by and between:
HOMERANZ BESSNIZ VENTURES, a duly registered business
establishment, represented by _________________, with business
address at Quintos Building, Osmena St., Dagocdoc, Tandag City,
Surigao del Sur, hereinafter referred to as First Party; and
___________________________, single/married, of legal age,
Filipino and a resident of _____________________,
________________, hereinafter referred to as Second Party;

WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, Second Party is a regular employee of the First Party, having been employed for more than six (6) months
already, prior to the execution of this contract;
WHEREAS, Second Party agrees to have his/her employment with the First Party reduced into writing in which a period for
his/her employment is fixed;
WHEREAS, First Party and Second Party agree and understand that the period of employment mentioned above does not
in any way affect the regular status of the Second Party. Thus, the contract is deemed automatically renewed at the time of its
expiration;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, parties

agreed, as they hereby agreed THAT:
1) First Party undertakes to employ Second Party for a period of two (2) years;
2) First Party, however, reserves the right to terminate the employment at anytime
within the agreed period, on just and authorized causes and after due process;
3) Second Party, for his/her part, voluntarily agrees to the period of employment and
likewise agrees that her place of assignment is ____________. In this connection,
Second Party

expresses willingness to be assigned at any branch within the

agreed period (_______________) and even after the
expiration of this contract, if rehired;
4) Further, Second Party understands fully and voluntarily
agrees that within the period of employment, he/she will
receive a monthly salary in the amount of __________ (P
_____), to be given every ___ day of the month;
5) Corollarily, Second Party cannot ask for any salary
increase within the period of employment; and thus, waives all
rights, claims, whatsoever, against the First Party as regards
the agreed salary mentioned in paragraph 3, except when
salary is unjustly withhold;

6) First Party, however, may increase the salary of the Second

Party during the period of employment depending upon the
profitability of the business or may provide incentives/allowances
when targets are achieved;
7) Second Party, likewise, undertakes to report to work on
Mondays to Saturdays, from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, with an hour
lunch break. Moreover, Second Party must render overtime
services, without pay, if necessary to the nature of his/her
assigned duties;
8) Second Party, by this contract, also understands that he/she
will be held liable to any inventory discrepancy, connivance with
his/her employees to defraud the First Party, (especially with
regards to stocks), and when he/she purchases/

obtains items from the store for personal consumption under the
name/account of any branch dealer;
9) In the event that Second Party would wish to resign
before the expiration of the period, he/she should notify the First
Party at least two (2) months before the date of effectivity of
his/her resignation; and
10) This Agreement shall take effect immediately after the
signing of the parties, and any violation of thereto may warrant
the recovery of damages from the party who is at fault.
