Tn. Supardi, 44yo


CC : Pain on Right leg since 6 hours prior
HOI : The patient was brought in conscious state
and complained pain on his right leg since 6 hours
prior admission due to fell down on his right side
and his motorbike fell over him right leg. Her
motorbike was hit by a car and caused that injury.
No LOC. No other major injury. Before he was
brought to RSCM, He has been treated at RS.
MItra. He was referred to RSCM as his query.
Numbness (+), still able to move his toes as usual
Alergy to medicine : not known.
