    Classification: that is often used is, based on:
    Location anatomy fracture:
    Intracapsular:
    subcapital type
    Transcervical type
    Extrakapsular:

    Type I is a fracture 30 of the horizontal
    Type II is a fracture 50 "of the horizontal
    Type III is a fracture 70 "of the horizontal
