The Key Players in Learning Partnership


Specific Objectives:

Identify the roles and responsibilities of the different


key players: a) learning leader (school administrator,
district & division supervisors), b) learning facilitator
(initially the mentor), and c) learning partner (initially
the mentee);
Realize the importance of collaboration for a
successful school-based learning partnership
program; and
Strategize a mechanism that will strengthen and
sustain the relationship between and among key
players.

ANTICIPATION GUIDE
DIRECTIONS: Put a () on the appropriate space for each

Directions:
Give each group an envelope with set of words
inside.
Have them form a quotation out of the given
words.
Read and brainstorm the implication of the
quotation with the group.
Ask a member to present the quotation and the
groups implication. (3 minutes)

B. Activity: Send A Problem

Divide the participants into six (6) groups.


Each team is given an envelope with a problem posted in front.
The team brainstorms possible solutions and write them on
paper.
The team passes the envelope to another team after 3 minutes.
The receiving team writes some more solutions on another piece
of paper and puts it in an envelope which is passed to another
team.
When the initial envelope goes back to the original team, the
team reads all the solutions, ranks them and categorize them
according to roles and characteristics.
The team may opt to add what was given and makes a
presentation.

Pair, turn to the person next to you and
share what you have visualized. (3 mins.)
Square, form a square and have the
sharing. Each one is given 3 minutes to talk
about the PERSON who made an impact in
his/her life.
