INTRODUCTION
The importance of this research is to
know the main reason why Girls get
irritated. This research can help the
readers know how to deal with the
Girls Menstruation. And the ladies
can know how to deal with their
Menstruation and the emotional
status. The problem is that many are
curios why girls get irritated when
they have menstruation.

LITERATURE REVIEW
Menstruation (men-stray-shun) is a woman`s monthly
bleeding. When you menstruate, your body sheds the
lining of the uterus (womb).Menstrual blood flows from the
uterus through the small opening in the cervix and passes
out of the body through the vagina. (Womenshealth.gov)
What is period?
Each month, an egg cell is release from female ovaries
when this happens the lining breaks down of that womb
the womb changes so that it is ready to receive the egg if
it is fertilize. If the egg is not fertilized the womb lining
breaks down and blood and tissues pass out the vagina
.this process is called a period and it happens about every
28 days. (Encyclopedia of Questions and Answers)

METHODOLOGY
The type of Methods/s used by researcher is
qualitative. Data and Information are conducted
to get the common answer for the
questionnaires. We have prepared 10 questions
to be answered by 40 people from NOTRE DAME
INSTITUTE. The survey is done privately. The
Respondents are from 3 consecutive sections of
G-9 student 30 is the number of respondents.
For the 10 adult women, it was conducted to our
parents and some relatives. All of the given
information would be in strictest confidentiality
for the safety of the respondents

RESULT and DATA

ANALYSIS

Result
The outcome of the findings is that in the
questionnaires IRRITATION,
UNCOMFORTABLE and SENSITIVITY is the
main reason why girls changes their
MOOD SWINGs in every monthly period.
Data Analysis
The normal emotions are not that much
during monthly periods. Ideas from the
survey strengths the research for the
answers is organized with the problem. We
also added the fact that few of the girls

sometimes pain in the sex organ. It
is really proven because all of the
questions are connected with the
mood swings of Teens which only
indicates that it irritates Girls when
having their Menstruation

DISCUSSION
It is important to conduct this research
to reach out the given infos during
the evaluating of the different
answers from the survey taken. This
research would be a plus info to the
field of the physiological and physical
identities in the human sex organ
(reproductive organ). The mood
swing changes because of irritation
and the feeling of uncomfortable.
The body of teens are very sensitive

RECOMMENDATION /
CONCLUSION

Girls really get irritated because of the

discomfort they feel during
menstruation. The mood swings are
sensitive but they must learn to control
every emotions even during
menstruation they must practice to be
sensitive in a good way. The methods
had proven that girls are irritated
during menstruation, the assessment of
every questions are answered perfectly.

 The data have answered the question

Why girls get irritated when they have
their menstruation because base on
the given infos that we gather and
evaluated from students it is really
proven discomfort and irritation
affects the mood of every girls during
Menstruation thats why it is the main
reason why girls get irritated so much.
We recommend those next research to
read different books and references
because we didnt have that enough
time to scan more different books.
