1.Delayed fund transfer due to various

requirements to be complied such as
preparation of MOA, WFP, legal review
etc.
2.CY 2016 Funds is still at the DA
Central Office pending review by the
Legal Service.

RECOMMENDATI
ONS:

1. Direct release of funds from the Department

of Budget and Management (DBM) to ORGARMM or DAF-ARMM which has to specified in
the General Appropriations Act (GAA).
2. DA to assist in the provision of capacity and
capability building to LGUs relative to project
implementation.
3. DA to provide trainings in the retooling of
Agricultural Extension Workers (AEWs) since
agriculture is not devolve in the ARMM set-up
4. DA to assist in the provision of technology
updates to farmers and fisherfolk.
