PINOY
The culture of the Philippines has

heavily influenced by both Asian and


Western cultures.
The Philippines was first settled by
Melanesians; today although few in
numbers, they preserve a very
traditional way of life and culture.
After then, the Austronesians or more
specifically, Malay-Polynesians arrived
on the islands.
Today the Austronesians culture is very
evident in the ethnicity, religions,
language, food, dance and almost
every aspect of the culture.

But despite of these, we Filipinos


have preserve our own identity
especially in our Filipino foods like
Filipino Delicacies, that other
countries dont have. We are very
creative in terms of any native
Filipino delicacies just because we
have rich and available resources
when it comes to the ingredients
of these distinctive kakanin.

Filipino Delicaciesare famous even in


out of our country, we have many
varieties of it.
This native delicacy was often made

by natural ingredients, somewhat


sticky, sweet, and most popular as
Filipino snacks.

This is one of our own identity as

PINOY, and our creations that we


can be proud of because of its
uniqueness taste.

GOALS:
Like the PINOY DELICACIES LTD. ,
we plan to operate the bussiness
in five years simultaneously. Five
years from now the bussiness is
expected to be successful here in
our country. We will be efficient
with strong sales performance and
it can happen by simply
maintaining the best quality of our
products.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS
In achieving, members of Pinoy Native
Delicacies products shall strive to make
their best for the country all members shall
develop attitude of a professional
entrepreneur, considering themeselves as an
asset and not a liability to their peer, and
should always bear in mind the following
values in order to achieve the settled goals
and objectives:

PROJECT SCOPE
Our main concept in innovating this
type of product is to offer
consumers original Filpino
products but also they can find
something new. We offer
flavored native delicacies like
ube, puto, kutsinta,
pudding,suman, bibingka, and
many other delicious delicacies.

ACTIVITIES OF PROJECT
In gathering information needed for this
project, Convergence is the key. So with
the help of our Local Government and our
other business partners we set up to place
our other outlets to the crowded places
like malls, markets, and convenience
stores.
We have also assigned persons for
distributing our new brochures and leaflets
to our valued customers and other people
to notice our new innovated products.

OUR BUDGET
For our starting budget we
prepared Php. 82,695 wherein the
place where we operates, the
manpower, utilities, raw materials
or ingredients, and packaging and
transportation are all included for
our successful operations and
production.

RESOURCES AND RISKS:


We have differrent contacts and suppliers
regarding our needed raw materialsand
besides we have our own farmland where
we can get enough our other ingredients.
Nowadays a native delicacy was less
patronized of people because of different
existing food in the market. They would like
to try products that are branded and new in
the market, and sometimes our farmland
was destroyed by strong typhoons so we
are force to buy all needed raw materials to
avoid total destruction of our operations.

But despite of any barriers, we


ensure that we have organized
our facilities, manpower, raw
materials, and utilities in order
to assure the high quality
standards of our delicacies.

We look forward for the sake of


our valued customers, and not
only the money we can earn
from them.
