Call Control Protocols

The protocol between WG and Aeonix is MGCP

* TGTK supports the signaling of all type of trunks.
* TGST supports the signaling of all type of phones.
* TGmedia supports the media for all endpoints.

Troubleshooting

Almost all call control problems can be identified by

Aeonix logs.
What if Aeonix logs do not help?

38

WG Site Log

WG like any type of Coral includes debug information

for physical elements: CLIS, T.S, Resources, GP,
Exceptions etc

39

WG port to Aeonix User

The following message shows port = 35CH.

Question:
What is Aeonix endpoint and Aeonix user of this port?

40

1ST step: Find WG dial number of this PORT.

41

2nd step: Find the Physical Location of this Dial

Number.

In this example the endpoint ID of PORT 35CH is

tgst: 1/1/0@tadiran2.aeonix.com
42

The user of tgst: 1/1/0@tadiran2.aeonix.com is

ArieTG1

43

Aeonix User to WG PORT

1st step: Find the endpoint of the user (ArieTG1).

44

2nd step: Find the WG Dial number of this endpoint.

45

3rd step: Find the PORT by Dial number

46
