MS Access
Microsoft Access, also known as Microsoft Office Access, is a
database management system from Microsoft that combines
the relational Microsoft Jet Database Engine with a graphical
user interface and software-development tools. It is a
member of the Microsoft Office suite of applications,
included in the Professional and higher editions or sold
separately. On May 12, 2010, the current version of
Microsoft Access 2010 was released by Microsoft in Office
2010; Microsoft Office Access 2007 was the prior version.
Create a Database
You
may
notice
that, whenever you

Microsoft
Access, you see the
following screen. In
this case, you can
simply
select
"Blank Database".

personal
information manager from Microsoft,
available as a part of the Microsoft Office
suite. The current version is Microsoft
Office Outlook 2013 for Windows and
Microsoft Office Outlook 2011 for Mac.
Although often used mainly as an email
application, it also includes a calendar,
task manager, contact manager, note
taking, a journal and web browsing.
Click the Advanced tab, and check the box next to This server requires
an encrypted connection (SSL) under Incoming Server (POP3).
In the Outgoing server (SMTP) box, enter 587, and select TLS from the
drop-down menu next to Use the following type of encrypted
connection:.
Click OK.
Click Test Account Settings... After
receiving 'Congratulations! All tests
completed successfully', click Close.
Click Next, and then click Finish.
