this purpose

Vitrified Tiles
Manufacturing Materials
Vitrified tiles is made by hydraulic pressing a
mixture ofclay,quartz,feldspar andsilica, which
makevitreoussurface. Thus creating a single
mass making them hard with low porosity.

Process OF Manufacturing

Types Of Vitrified Tiles

Double Charged Vitrified tiles:Tiles are fed through a press that prints the
pattern with a double layer of pigment.
3 to 4 mm thicker than other types of tile.
This process does not permit complex patterns
but results in a long-wearing tile surface.
Design layer should not be more than 4mm
thickness, which may weaken the strength of the
tile.

Digital Glazed vitrified Tiles :Haveglazedsurface.

They offer a wide variety of design, art work and
surface textures likewood grain, bamboo,slate
orstone.
The layer of print or glazes less than 1mm.
This is also an expensive process, but the cost is
dropping asdigital printingtechniques are
introduced.

In order to ensure
the
steadiness,high
quality adhesives
are used.

Porcelain Tiles
PROCESS OF Manufacturing
Preparation of raw material.
Made from heated,refined clay.
Pressing and drying.
Firing process with or without glazed.
Additional refreshments.
Packaging process.

Porcelain Tiles
It is commonly used to cover floors and

strong enough to support the weight of the
porcelain tiles.

Less moisture
absorbing.

More densityDensity is that
porcelain tile is
too hard and
more difficult to
cut the tiles.

drop it would
certainly break
