RECOMMENDAT
IONS

In the light of the findings and conclusions of the study, the

following are hereby recommended:
For the improvement of its operations, it must have employee
benefits, for its employees to stay in the company longer.
They should find ways in improving the meeting of deadlines
because undelivered and delayed shipments may cause losses
to the company.
The company must also look for better ways to control its
project to avoid return of goods due to unforeseen events.
The company should also be conscious and alert in avoiding
the traffic in the Metro.
Always consider its customers ability to pay to avoid bad
debts.
Newly-hired workers must also be trained before the actual
work since the operations need highly skilled workers.
This study may serve as a basis and reference for the future
operations of their company; like determining how effective
their operations management is.
