Executive Summary
The name of our shop is Shan Village. There is a Shan traditional restaurant.
All of our food are serving fast, fresh and healthy. We also use fresh meats
and vegetables. Main menu is Shan noddle ,other Shan traditional food and
cool drink . Shan noddle is from shan state (Taunggyi ). Our shop pricing are
fair and patron receive excellent customers services. The menu offering are
fast, simple, healthy and easy to prepare.
Now a day highly competitive environment, it is becoming increasingly
difficult to differentiate one Shan traditional food outlets from other. Our shop
can be divided in to tow market segments , who come visit to People park
person (families , individual) and office staff . Customer can do order by
phone or online (dont need to pay delivery service for order).Delivery order
service is just only near our shop area.
The shop established in June2015 in Yangon, location is people park ,
Sanchaung Township. This place is not difficult to find, also near with bus
stop and we had large car parking for keeping the cars. Shop decoration and
all of accessory are such a Shan traditional style and also staff uniform. This
is very characterize and attractive to our customers. Shop area is 20x30,
also our shop environment are very good for can get fresh air, nice view and
for release. Best service and delicious food from our shop, will satisfied our
customer.
The Shop budge is 200 lakh and total man power use 15 person. Owner is
Daw Nway Nway Soe and shareholder is U Tun Lin.
