2.Introduction
Company has introduce the EHS to all workers after
Huawei has implemented in telecom sector.
Introduced new complete PPEs and demonstrated how
to use it in day to day work.
Conducted on site training/induction for W@H/Electrical
awareness and first aid.
Conducted special training for site supervisors regarding
EHS procedures which has to comply at site delivery.

Company has recruited EHS engineers, QC supervisor & coordinators.
Currently teams are following EHS up to a acceptable margin.
Team composition has been changed 70% according to standard.
Most of the Riggers are using full body harness for W@H.
Most of the teams has electrical certified person & First Aider.
Teams are well aware of emergency procedures to take place @ site on any
accident.
Before every task or activity there will be a tool box meeting within the
team.
Currently company has conducting rigger certification program for
employers.
Above all, workers started to sense the value of individual life.
