Access Privilege To use the SPACE Management system, you need to: Login at http://space.samsungnetwork.com Install NASCA on your system Acquire the access privilege from Administrators
The procedure to acquire the access privilege is as follows:
1. When you access the SPACE Management system for the first time, your request will be sent to Administrators automatically. 2. Administrators will approve your request, and give the suitable privilege for you. After approval, you can access the SPACE Management system.

NSACA + SD Installation If you see the following window at opening the SPACE Management site, click NASCA DOWNLOAD, and then follow the installation steps.

First Time User (1/2) Go to http://space.samsungnetwork.com If you have a MySingle ID, your login request will be sent to the Administrator automatically. If you do not have the MySingle ID, you need to acquire the privilege from Administrators. To do this, click Create an account, and then follow the steps.

First Time User (2/2) Administrators will approve your request and give the access privilege.
The SPACE Management system supports SingleSionOn
(SSO). If you already received the approval from Administrator, you can access this system with SSO status without any additional actions.

Login Failure (Solution 1) If you are unable to log in to the SPACE Management system after acquiring the credentials, follow these corrective solutions.
1. Right click Internet Explorer, and then select Run as
administrator.

Login Failure (Solution 2) 1/3 1. Add SPACE Management System as a Trusted Site: In the menu bar of Internet Explorer, select Tools Internet Options.

Login Failure (Solution 2) 3/3 3. Enter *.samsungnetwork.com, and then click Add.

Login Failure (Solution 3) 1/3 1. Set the SSO ActiveX (EpAdm2 Control): In the menu bar of Internet Explorer, select Tools Manage add-ons.

Java Installation The main reason for errors in using the SPACE Management system can be the Java version. You should have Java8 Update91 or later version installed on your system. To check the Java (32-bits) version currently running on your system, click Start Control Panel Program and Features
