PMU System Introduction
1. If the TP48200A works properly and communicates normally with the
communications equipment, the ALM indicator on the PMU is off and the RUN
indicator is blinking slowly. If the TP48200A works properly but fails to
communicate with the communications equipment, the ALM indicator is off and the
RUN indicator is on. If major faults occur in the TP48200A, the ALM indicator is on
and the buzzer beeps. Check and rectify the fault according to the TP48200A-X3H4
& X3H5 Maintenance Guide.
2. Press and Enter to decrease the LCD contrast when the interface works in
standby mode. Press and Enter simultaneously to increase the LCD contrast.
3. On the menu setting screen, press or to browse the menus and set
parameters. Press Enter on the standby screen to access the main menu. Press
Enter on the main menu to access the submenu. After you set the submenu, press
Enter to save the value. Press Cancel to return to the previous menu without saving
the value.
4. The main screen is displayed when the LCD is left unattended for five minutes and
no alarm is generated. The screen goes dark when the LCD is left unattended for
eight minutes.
5. A customer password is required for accessing the Settings menu, and a Huawei
engineer password is required for accessing the Eng. Setting menu. The default
customer password and Huawei engineer password are 0# and 11# respectively.
Both passwords can be changed.

the storage battery parameters on the PMU.
