Related Parameters for 4G to 3G (configured on eNod

which means that RSRP < -64*2+8*2 = -112 dBm

SNonIntraSearch=10

when LTE is RSRP less than -64*2+10*2=-108dBm, start measurement 3G RSCP.

QRxLevMin=-55,ThreshXLow=6;

which means that RSCP > -55*2 + 6*2 = -98 dBm

Related Parameters for 3G to 4G (configured on 3G side):

THDTOHIGH=11, EQRXLEVMIN=-64

which means that 4G RSRP > -64*2 + 11*2 = -106 dBm

No need consider 3G signal strength as 4G has the highest priority defined in both 3G & 4G systems.

Note:

4G priority is 7 which is highest defined by CellReselPriority=7 in 4G and NPRIORITY=7 in 3G; 3G

priority is 6 defined by CellReselPriority=6 in 4G

 CSFB:

No parameters required for shifting to 3G; whenever CS call will be there; UE will shift to 3G

For shifting back to 4G;

CSFB, we have enabled fast return function on 3G, it means , when CS call finished , no need
measurement 4G reselection threshold, just measure 4G frequency.
