DISC Personality Test
Purpose
It is a behavior assessment tools which centers on four different behavioral traits:
Dominance, Inducement (Influence), Submission (Steadiness) and Compliance.
DISC is not a personality test, but it is a tool to know ones behavior when the person is
in a particular environment or how they deal in situations where interpersonal
relationships are involved

Purpose

and ability to handle the job.
This psychological Interview is the final tools in the psychological assessment process.
The result of Face-to-face interview will be use to back up the written test you have
completed
A psychological interview is nothing more than a psychological "fitness" test that more
than likely focuses on your personal career goals, ambitions and family background.
Other topics might include questions about personal satisfaction, how you handled
yourself in a challenging situation or your enjoyment.
