delivers the Point of Sale Software

This year will be my 10th year at Target, and before becoming a
manager in the software development area, I held roles as a Senior
Engineer and Senior Technical Architect where I actually designed the
Closed User Group phone systems and Video Conferencing solutions for
the two Target captive centers in Bangalore India. I was finally able to
visit the captive centers in 2011 right after they won the Cricket World
Cup (P.S. The Kolkata Knight Riders are my favorite IPL team)!
Having grown up in Minnesota (I have only lived elsewhere while I
was serving in the United States Marine Corps), I am very happy to be
able to be a Golden Gopher and attend the University of Minnesota
Carlson School of Business. GO GOPHERS, SKI-U-MAH!!!
My favorite things to do outside of work and school are spend
time with my three kids and my two dogs, to go biking/running
for fitness and recreation, to go out to restaurants/shows, go to
see live music and festivals, and to travel.

Kristin Lonsbury
I work at Optum, a UnitedHealth Group
company specializing in Health Care
Technology, Health Care Management, and
Health Services as a Sr. Digital Marketer. Ive
been here for 3 years.
Prior to Optum, I spent 5 years working on
the digital business of Dairy Queen,
American Express, and General Mills at a
Minneapolis advertising agency. I specialize
in paid media and website analytics.
I am married to my husband, John, who is a
firefighter. We just had a baby girl named
Layla 4 months ago!
I enjoy spending time with my family and our
two French bulldogs, MJ Mouse and Barnaby
at our cabin on Lake Minnetonka (a popular
14,528 acre inland lake with 125 miles of
shoreline).
My hometown is Eden Prairie, Minnesota
where I grew up with my parents and two
sisters.

JOSHUA J. STEELE
I currently work for Cardiovascular Systems (CSI) in
St. Paul, MN within the ERP team. We design and
manufacture orbital atherectomy devices for the
heart and limbs
I was originally born in Phoenix, AZ and moved to
MN after college. I think was supposed to live in the
very cold not the very hot.
I went to culinary school when I was 19 and worked
in James Beard-nominated restaurant for years until
I transitioned to IT when I was 25.
I enjoy playing the drums and bass guitar, cooking,
and working out in my free time. I recently got
engage and will be married this summer.

I own a small remodeling/construction company in Rosemount, MN.

We do about $2.4M per year and I manage about 15 employees. We
do about 250 projects a year including work such as roofing, siding,
replacing windows, and insulation. The company has been in
business just over 3 years.
I grew up in Tooele, Utaha small city 1 hour outside of Salt Lake
City surrounded by mountains.
My wife and I have been married for almost 8 years and we
adopted our first child just two years ago. He is so cute! We are
currently working on adopting our second. I am the oldest of three

Ive been able to travel to China, Germany, Italy, Switzerland,

Argentina and Mexico. Im hoping to add India to that list sometime
soon. I love Indian food! I served a two year mission for my church
in Argentina, otherwise the trips have been mostly for vacation.
When I can findor schedule infree time, I usually read, write,
play with my son, or watch TV with my wife.

 Kyle Kelly
I am originally from San Diego, California,
a city on the coast in the far southwest
corner of the US. I am currently a 2nd-
year, Full-Time MBA student at the
University of Minnesota. I am focusing
studies on Management of Information
Systems and Entrepreneurship.
After graduating this May, I will be working
full time at Google in California with the
AdWords product.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending

time with my friends, snowboarding,
exercising, and reading.
I have driven across the country four
times in the past two years!
