Most of the contributing factor for low IRAT HOSR performance is associated with physical channel failure which is
associated with 2G coverage and neighbor information data integrity.

ACCOMPLISHED TASK : summary
Worst cell analysis
Five team are dedicated to handle worst cells per each RNCs .
With this approach top 10 worst cell per each RNC are selected each day .
RF resource limitation like Channel element license and cell transmit power was the most contributing factor for
accessibility problem on most of top worst cells .
As mitigation action for worst performing cells with respect to IRAT HOSR , neighbor optimization and handover
threshold parameter optimization is performed .
Unreasonable transmit power configuration on some cells are found and rectified .
WBPP board expansion proposal was prepared to mitigate UL CE limitation on site 111063 .

Customer complaint handling

Many customer complaint was received from both internal and external customers .
Drive test was conducted to study the service quality around Jimo , Hana Mariam , Lem-Hotel (Kuteba ) ,Kotebe teachers
college , Bole area commercial branch office . Accordingly antenna adjustment and relocation proposal was prepared .
For some of the complaint area RF resource was the issue for service performance degradation . Kotebe teachers
college customer complaint was associated with CE resource limitation and accordingly CE reshuffling action was taken .

The site is found around Legahar and the utilization gets its peak on week days .

TCP power optimization
Problem Description :
One sites is found with wrong max transmission power configuration for its one sector . As a result of this the sector stop
supporting traffic .
