1. Year induction performance review:
This review is conducted at the beginning of the
year
Process: Filling up online forms
Objective: To set the guidelines and objectives for
the year to follow
2. Mid Year Review:
Immediate manager conducts the review
process for his subsequent juniors.
Process: Rating based system based on
merit of the employee.
Objective: To appease good performers and
guide the laggards
End Year Review:
Promotions & incentives based on Bell curve
model.
