After careful consideration and analysis, he is able to come out with the best solution. Muhtar Kent also stated that New ideas can circle the globe in an instant. He said that it is important for a leader to have openness in managing a company. Openness can allow a people to easily receive or take in other peoples idea or suggestion. Therefore, many new or different idea or action can be choosing when making some important decision. With openness, the company will has a multicultural, multiethnic, multigenerational innovation council that meets quarterly to develop promising ideas.
