 This project deals with providing catering , medicines and
other items to the ship, from which every harbor they reach
through the supplier.
This system will provide information to the suppliers and the
vendors who are in need of products.
The items that are necessary for a ship voyage are ordered
by the ship store to the management .
Then all the ordered items will be sent to the suppliers .
 Suppliers -> Quotation -> Ship Store.
Ship Store Features:
Update order.
Filter best suppliers.
View their orders.
Track their ship.
Maintains punctuality.

 In the existing system the ship store management cannot

update their order in case of emergency.
The suppliers has only a common account to interact with
the ship store management.
Possibility of unauthorized ships and suppliers can
participate.
 Duplicate product delivery.
Money fraudulent with fake ship IDs and supplier ID.
Once after placing the order it cannot be updated or changed.
In case of delivery failure cash back is not possible.
 The proposed system is implemented with Administration
module for Ship store management.
Each and every ship store and supplier can be identified
with their IDs.

they have individual IDs to order items in this system.

Address proof authentication is done by the ship store
management while registering the account.
Quality analysis is done with every suppliers product.

In this module the details about various suppliers are
maintained and each has a unique id. The suppliers are
asked to quote for the items required in the ship. The best
supplier is selected by the administrator of the ship store
system and asked to supply to the ship.

Ship Stores :
In this module the ships which arrives at the port asks for
the necessary item to be stored in the ship for us voyage .
They order for the items required for the voyage . Items like
food products, medicines ,etc. can be ordered by them.


Administration :
In this module the authentication of the ships and the
suppliers are checked and their quotation and items are
monitored, unauthorized suppliers and ship are deleted or
changed
