Use PowerPoint (PPT) for
Web-based Learning
Create Step-by-Step Instructions & put on website:
As regular PPT file (student must have
PowerPoint installed on their computer. Slow
Downloading)
As an htm (the webpage file is accessible with
Internet Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape.
Slow Downloading)
As a Streaming Video file (Use Impactica to
convert & it is Fast Downloading over Internet). Any
browser will run this file. Animation is limited.

Tips for More Effective
Presentations

Use 2 or 3 Colors, but dont overdo it.


Use Simple Animation for Text/picture Entry
Do not put too much information on a slide
Link all animations for 1 topic together & slow it down
Slow Animation - so the slowest reader can finish.
