PARTIAL LEAST SQUARE (PLS)

Graph above shows the relationship between the variables of


Ethical Leadership (EL), Job Satisfaction (JS), Organizational
Citizenship Behaviour (OCB) and Turnover Intention (IT) to the
questions given and also the relationship between four variables
are each other.
1 Bootstrapping can refer to
any test or metric that relies
on random sampling with
replacement. Bootstrapping
allow assigning measure of
accuracy to sample
estimates. This step also will
increase the result of the
variable that we are test.
Here the result had shown
tremendously increased from
some variables.

As a result , three variables that positively connected H2: the relationship
which is EL, JS and OCB are supported the hypothesis between JS and TI give

What we learn from this project?

Learn new skills is Smart PLS analysis data and


become more challenges to study it.
We realize, Smart PLS analysis data are more
accurate than SPSS analysis.
