What is Safety?
Safety literally mean freedom from danger. The word relates to freedom from incidents,
accidents.
Why we follow Safety?
In the Best Interest of us and people working with us its important whatever we do in our
daily work routine follows all safety precaution to ensure no incidents and accidents in order
to ensure our life and others life are safe.
How we Follow Safety?
Carefully go through the Induction Programme and follow all the procedures as per that, If
you have any doubts on carrying out any work call the safety professional and your
immediate guide for any assistance.

LADDERS
What is ladder?

Ladder is a tool used for carrying out temporary work at


elevations.

Hierarchy of controls

firstly to avoid work at height where possible;


then to prevent falls from height; and, failing that,
to reduce the consequences of a fall.

Basic rules

RULE 1: Select the right ladder for the job.


RULE 2: Inspect the ladder before you use it.
RULE 3: Set up the ladder with care.
RULE 4: Climb and descend ladders cautiously.
RULE 5: Use common sense when working on a ladder

Why incident reporting is Important?


All Accidents do not happen at first step, A Scientific Study Tells to an accident to
